Begin this free 10-day beginner mindfulness course with a clear overview of what you will learn and how the course is structured. This introduction explains how mindfulness meditation can help you begin a simple daily practice, even if you are completely new to meditation. Over the next 10 days, you will learn the basics of mindfulness, meditation, present moment awareness, guided practice, and integration. Each day builds gradually, starting with a one-minute meditation and increasing step by step, so you can develop a sustainable mindfulness practice at your own pace.
A note on The Mindful Mage
In this course you will hear me mention “The Mindful Mage”. Originally, I created this course for an online school to help people discovery their own relationship with, and expression of, spirituality.
I am no longer developing that online school… however, The Mindful Mage School for Spiritual Discovery still exists.
You can imagine it as a place for spiritual study which permeates the entire Cosmos, where any soul may enter to deepen one’s connection to the energies of truth, joy, and prosperity.
The Mindful Mage has served me well in my own journey of spiritual discovery. Now, I am sure that you too will benefit from the wisdom I have gathered there.
