Day Ten
Day Ten is the final full practice of the free 10-day beginner mindfulness course. This ten-minute guided meditation brings together everything you have practiced so far: awareness of the breath, awareness of sound, and awareness of the mind itself. You will learn to observe thoughts like clouds passing through the sky, without grasping or pushing them away. The integration period invites you to reflect on your progress, your experience of allowing, and how continued daily mindfulness meditation can support greater presence, clarity, peace, and spiritual nourishment.
