In this six-minute practice, you will begin with the breath, then expand your awareness outward to the sounds around you. This lesson helps you experience awareness as something flexible and spacious, capable of resting with the whole environment. The integration period invites you to notice how your body, mind, breath, and relationship to sound feel after practice. You are also encouraged to carry this quality of awareness into the rest of your day.
