Day One
This first guided practice introduces you to mindfulness meditation through a simple one-minute breath meditation. You will sit comfortably, close your eyes, allow the body to breathe naturally, and gently focus your awareness on the breath. After the practice, Devin guides you through a short integration period to help you notice how your state of mind, body, and awareness may have shifted.
