This free 10-day beginner mindfulness course is designed to help you begin a simple, sustainable daily meditation practice. Through short video lessons, guided mindfulness meditations, and integration reflections, you will learn the foundations of mindfulness, meditation, breath awareness, sound awareness, present moment awareness, and non-judgmental observation.
Each day builds gradually, beginning with a one-minute guided meditation and increasing step by step through a full 10-minute practice. The course is ideal for beginners who want to learn how to meditate, quiet the mind, reduce distraction, become more present, and develop a daily mindfulness practice that can continue beyond the course.
At the end of this course you will find three free guided meditations which you can download for your personal use to maintain your daily mindfulness practice.
