What Is Spiritual Guidance?
Spiritual Guidance is a focused conversation between you, me, and the Runes.
I have worked with the Runes since 2012. Over that time, they have become one of the primary oracles through which I seek spiritual guidance.
In a session, I establish a focused intention around your question and open the work through prayer.
I then cast the Runes and listen.
Each Rune carries a particular quality or current. Which Runes appear, how they relate to one another, the question being asked, and what unfolds as we work with them together all contribute to the reading.
My role is to perceive, interpret, and communicate what comes through as clearly as I can.
The session becomes a dialogue.
You are welcome to ask questions, offer context, challenge an interpretation, or notice where something immediately resonates.
We continue until the reading feels complete.
The Runes Are the Channel
The spiritual container for this offering is different from my Shamanic Healing and Spiritual Mentorship work.
During Spiritual Guidance, I do not establish a direct working connection with your soul-self or energetic system.
I open a channel to Spirit through the Runes.
The guidance comes through that oracle relationship, and I convey what is revealed to you.
You are coming to receive perspective, clarity, and guidance around a question or situation.
The Runes give us another vantage point from which to see it.
What Can the Runes Reveal?
A Rune Reading can illuminate aspects of a situation that are difficult to see from inside it.
The reading may reveal:
energies currently influencing the situation
patterns operating beneath the surface
tensions or conflicts you have not fully recognized
strengths and resources available to you
what deserves your attention
what may be asking to change
where resistance is occurring
possible consequences of continuing in a particular direction
opportunities that may be emerging
a perspective you had not previously considered
Sometimes the reading confirms something you already knew.
That confirmation can matter.
There is a difference between sensing something privately and seeing it reflected back clearly enough that you are finally willing to acknowledge it.
Clarity can move us from intuition to recognition, from recognition to acceptance, and from acceptance into action.
Fate, Possibility, and Free Will
I do not approach the Runes as a machine for predicting a fixed future.
A reading gives us a view of the living present.
It can show where energy is moving, what influences are active, and what appears likely to develop if the current pattern continues.
You still participate in what happens next.
A reading can show direction and momentum, but your awareness and choices become part of the situation from that moment onward.
There may be dimensions of fate, soul choice, and larger spiritual patterns that deserve deeper exploration. A Rune Reading gives us guidance within the situation alive in front of you.
The value of the reading is that it helps you see more clearly now.
What you do with that clarity remains yours.

How a Spiritual Guidance Session Works
1. We clarify the question.
We begin by talking about what brings you to the session.
A clear intention helps focus the reading, although we do not need to reduce a complicated situation to one perfect sentence.
Sometimes the deeper question becomes apparent as we talk.
2. I open the reading.
I begin with prayer and establish the spiritual container for the session.
The intention of the reading becomes the focus through which I work with the Runes.
3. I cast the Runes.
I do not use a predetermined spread or a fixed number of Runes for every reading.
I cast intuitively according to the question and what the reading requires.
Sometimes one Rune says a great deal.
Sometimes several are needed.
4. We work with what appears.
I interpret the Runes in relationship to your question, to one another, and to what I perceive as the reading unfolds.
This is where conversation matters.
You may remember something.
A connection may become obvious.
A new question may emerge.
We follow what is relevant.
5. We stop when the reading is complete.
I do not continue casting simply to fill the hour.
There is a point when the energy of the reading shifts and the work feels finished.
We close with gratitude and make sure you understand the central guidance before ending the session.
Why I Do Not Use Reversed Runes
I do not read Runes as having one positive meaning upright and an opposite meaning reversed.
Each Rune already contains a full spectrum of expression.
The same energy can move constructively or destructively, openly or obstructed, consciously or unconsciously.
Its meaning emerges through the question, the surrounding Runes, the larger reading, and the context of your life.
That gives us more depth than reducing a Rune to a simple good-or-bad interpretation.
Preparing for Your Rune Reading
Give yourself some quiet before your reading.
If possible, spend roughly an hour beforehand reducing distractions and turning your attention inward.
You might meditate, pray, journal, take a walk, sit quietly, or simply begin considering the question you want to bring.
There is nothing you need to perform.
The quality of attention you bring into the session matters more than creating the perfect ritual.
You get what you give.
Come sincere.
Come curious.
Come willing to hear something you may not have expected.
After the Reading
Give yourself a little time after the session before rushing into the next thing.
You may want to journal, sit quietly, pray, walk, or simply let the conversation settle.
Some guidance makes immediate sense.
Some becomes clearer after you have lived with it for a while.
You do not need to force an interpretation or make a major decision five minutes after the session ends.
Carry the reading with you.
Watch what happens.
Notice what becomes clearer.
Then continue living your life.
Spiritual Guidance and Spiritual Mentorship
Both offerings involve spiritual guidance, but they serve different needs.
Spiritual Guidance is focused.
You bring a question or situation. We work with the Runes for one hour and seek greater clarity around what is happening now.
Spiritual Mentorship is a 101-day teacher-student relationship.
It gives us time for ongoing teaching, practice, discernment, spiritual development, and work with the experiences Life continues to place in front of you.
If you need clarity around something specific, Spiritual Guidance is usually the simpler place to begin.
If you are looking for a spiritual teacher and a sustained relationship over time, Spiritual Mentorship is the stronger fit.
Spiritual Guidance and Shamanic Healing
There is also an important distinction between guidance and healing.
In a Spiritual Guidance session, I work through the Runes to receive and interpret guidance.
In Shamanic Healing, I work directly with the spiritual and energetic dimensions of the person for the purpose of healing, clearing, restoration, and reconnection.
A question may need clarity. Another situation may call for healing. At times, both become relevant.
