Virtual Shamanic Healing

Direct spiritual and energetic healing for what needs more than explanation.

Shamanic Healing is direct work with the spiritual and energetic dimensions of the human being.

Sometimes understanding a problem is important, but understanding alone does not change everything. You may have reflected, talked, meditated, changed habits, or sought other forms of support and still sense that something deeper remains unresolved.

In my practice, Shamanic Healing works with that deeper level through spiritual and energetic clearing, restoration, reconnection, and other forms of shamanic intervention according to what the work calls for.

Sessions are offered virtually.

What is Shamanic Healing?

A human being is more than a physical body and a thinking mind.

We also have spiritual and energetic dimensions that participate in our experience of being alive. When that energetic system becomes burdened, blocked, depleted, disrupted, or otherwise out of balance, insight and conversation may help us understand what is happening without necessarily addressing the disturbance itself.

Shamanic Healing works directly with the energetic and spiritual system to clear nonbeneficial patterns of energy.

A simple analogy is massage.

You may understand why a muscle is tense, but understanding the tension is different from working directly with the knot. Massage works with the tissue itself.

That is how I approach Shamanic Healing at the spiritual and energetic level: I work with the pattern itself.

Healing, rather than understanding, is the purpose.

When Shamanic Healing May Be Appropriate

People come to this work for different reasons.

You do not need to diagnose yourself spiritually before reaching out.

Something feels spiritually or energetically disturbed.

You may be having experiences that feel unusual, frightening, intrusive, confusing, or difficult to explain.

This can include:

  • intense or persistent energetic experiences

  • perceived spiritual presences or entity-related concerns

  • a sense of energetic or psychic attack

  • disturbing past-life material

  • recurring or persistent nightmares

  • spiritually distressing experiences

  • difficult nonordinary experiences

  • a feeling that something is spiritually “off” even when you cannot name what it is

I do not require you to decide in advance exactly what an experience means.

A spiritual interpretation, psychological process, symbolic experience, energetic interaction, or some combination may all be worth considering.

Discernment is part of the work.

You have worked on something, but it still feels unresolved.

Sometimes a person has already tried to address a difficulty through the means available to them and still feels burdened, blocked, depleted, or unable to move forward.

That does not automatically mean the problem is energetic.

It may simply create a reasonable question:

Is there a spiritual or energetic dimension here that has not yet been addressed?

Shamanic Healing gives us a place to explore that question directly.

You want the spiritual dimension included in your healing.

You do not need to be in crisis to seek Shamanic Healing.

Some people simply understand themselves spiritually and want healing that includes prayer, Spirit, energy, ceremony, nonordinary reality, and reverence rather than approaching the human being exclusively through physical or psychological frameworks.

This work does not require rejecting conventional care.

Different problems call for different kinds of care.

How Virtual Shamanic Healing Works

A virtual Shamanic Healing session follows a clear spiritual container even though the healing itself unfolds intuitively.

In my practice, the work does not depend on physical touch or physical proximity. I work with the client’s spiritual and energetic system while we meet virtually.

1. We begin with what is present.

At the beginning of the session, we talk briefly about why you have come and what you are experiencing.

You do not need to arrive with a spiritual diagnosis.

The purpose of this conversation is orientation—not to spend the session analyzing the problem.

2. I establish the healing container.

I open the work through prayer, protection, and the spiritual practices that create the container in which I work.

I call upon my Helpers—the benevolent spiritual beings with whom I have an established working relationship—and connect with the client’s soul-self and energetic system.

3. I seek permission before intervening.

Your conscious choice to attend the session matters.

Within my practice, I also seek permission at the level of the soul before direct energetic work begins.

I do not assume that everything painful, difficult, or uncomfortable should automatically be removed.

Something may be ready to clear. Another area may not be available to work with yet. At times, guidance about what is happening is part of the healing itself.

I follow what is permitted and appropriate rather than trying to force an outcome.

4. The healing itself unfolds.

Depending on what I encounter and what the work calls for, a session may involve:

  • energetic clearing

  • extraction

  • restoration

  • rebalancing

  • retrieval or reconnection

  • sound or singing

  • direct energetic work

  • energetic or psychic surgery

  • spiritual guidance that arises as part of the healing

I do not use a fixed sequence of techniques simply because they are available.

The method follows the healing.

5. The work is closed.

When the healing is complete, I fully close the energetic and spiritual container.

We then take a little time to return, talk about anything important that arose, and orient you toward the period of integration that follows.

Clearing, Restoration, and Replenishment

Clearing is one part of Shamanic Healing.

When an obstruction is cleared, the resulting space may also need restoration and replenishment.

The movement is often:

clear → restore → replenish

This may involve bringing in qualities such as vitality, peace, strength, lightness, love, joy, or other beneficial energy appropriate to the work.

The aim is to restore greater capacity for your own life without creating dependence on repeated healing sessions.

One of the simplest ways I describe this is:

Shamanic Healing can help remove the kink in the hose. You still have to water your own garden.

Healing can create more space.

What you do with that space remains yours.

What Can You Expect After a Shamanic Healing Session?

There is no single correct response to a session.

Some people may feel lighter, clearer, calmer, more spacious, more connected, or more vital.

A substantial healing session may also leave you tired, inward, quiet, or in need of sleep and recovery.

Not every meaningful shift feels immediately pleasant.

Healing can require integration.

For that reason, I recommend giving yourself room after the session rather than rushing immediately back into stimulation, substances, demanding work, or social intensity.

There is no need to scrutinize yourself for proof that something happened.

Give the work time to settle.

How to Prepare for a Virtual Shamanic Healing Session

You do not need an elaborate ritual.

Before the session:

  • arrive sober and clear

  • hydrate

  • give yourself some quiet before we begin

  • avoid chaotic or highly stimulating media or environments when possible

  • avoid eating for roughly three hours beforehand when that is appropriate for your body and health needs

  • choose a private place where you can lie down or rest comfortably and remain undisturbed

Medical, nutritional, or other health guidance that applies to you takes precedence over these general preparation suggestions.

Approach the session with sincerity rather than performance.

You do not need to make anything happen.

Aftercare and Integration

For at least a few hours after the session, give yourself space to settle.

Helpful choices may include:

  • drinking water

  • resting or sleeping

  • eating nourishing food when you are ready

  • spending time in Nature

  • journaling or quiet reflection

  • prayer or meditation

  • gentle creative activity

  • choosing calm, nourishing media and environments

Avoid alcohol and recreational drugs immediately after the work.

Most importantly, listen to what your own system is asking for.

Sometimes the wisest next step after healing is simply rest.

Shamanic Healing, Spiritual Guidance, and Mentorship

A Shamanic Healing session can include spiritual guidance.

Information may arise through my Helpers, through the client’s soul-self, or through what becomes apparent during the healing. Sometimes understanding what is happening is part of what allows the work to move.

The session remains a healing container.

If your primary need is ongoing spiritual teaching, practice, discernment, and guidance over time, Spiritual Mentorship is the more appropriate offering.

If you primarily need focused clarity around a question, relationship, decision, or crossroads, Spiritual Guidance uses the Runes as an oracle to seek that guidance.

If your primary need is preparation for or integration after a psychedelic or plant-medicine experience, Plant Medicine & Psychedelic Integration is the dedicated container for that work.

Different needs call for different work.

Shamanic Healing Is Participatory

I can do the healing work I am trained to do.

I cannot live the life that follows the session for you.

A healing session does not remove the need for choices, boundaries, rest, practice, repair, medical care, therapy, relationship work, or other forms of participation that your life may require.

I also do not promise that every difficulty will disappear.

Some things are ready to clear, while others need time. Some experiences may carry lessons or relationships that cannot simply be removed because they are uncomfortable.

My role is to work carefully with what is actually available for healing.

Your role is to participate in what comes next.

A Grounded Approach to Nonordinary Experience

You can bring experiences here that may feel difficult to discuss elsewhere.

I take spiritual and nonordinary experiences seriously.

Taking an experience seriously does not require automatic certainty.

If you tell me you feel attacked, watched, influenced, burdened, or affected by a spiritual presence, I will take what you are experiencing seriously without rushing to declare one interpretation unquestionably true.

We work to understand what is present as clearly as we can and determine what kind of response is appropriate.

Scope and Boundaries

Shamanic Healing is spiritual and energetic healing.

It is not:

  • psychotherapy

  • psychiatric treatment

  • medical diagnosis or treatment

  • emergency or crisis care

  • a substitute for appropriate licensed healthcare

  • a guarantee of a particular outcome

If you are experiencing physical symptoms, significant psychological distress, or another issue that requires medical or mental-health care, seek appropriate professional support.

Shamanic Healing may exist alongside other forms of care when appropriate.

It should not be used to replace them simply because a spiritual dimension may also be present.

Frequently Asked Questions

You Do Not Have to Know Exactly What Is Happening Before You Begin

Sometimes the clearest thing you know is simply:

Something does not feel right.

Or:

I have worked on this, but something deeper still feels unresolved.

That is enough to begin a conversation.

A consultation gives us a chance to talk about what you are experiencing, answer your questions, and discern whether Shamanic Healing is an appropriate next step.

If I do not believe this work is the right fit, I will tell you.
